Frank Lynch University™ is in the fund raising and development stage. Depending on your generosity, we hope to accept students and begin classes in approximately three years, at which time we will apply for accreditation.

It is our serious and obsessive goal to be the absolutely best university in the entire world of mathematics, medicine, science, engineering and teacher preparation, and to be that leader beyond any dispute or challenge.
Frank Lynch is appalled by the catastrophic nationwide shortage of 3,000,000 qualified math and science teachers, and by the catastrophic and continuing decline in enrollment in mathematics, medicine, biotechnology, computer sciences, engineering, teaching, and the "hard sciences" at every level, at the very time when our Nation desperately requires a massive increase in these skills which are essential to sustaining our civilization.
It is absolutely unacceptable that every year, fewer and fewer American citizens complete degrees in these areas.
The University seeks to serve as a shining example and magnet for attracting, educating and motivating students who may become leaders in these fields, and who may develop a national expansion of education in mathematics, biotechnology, computer sciences, engineering, the ‘hard’ sciences, and the teaching profession. The University will be complete, and will offer courses, degrees and post-graduate degrees in the full range of studies and activities generally attendant to an institution of higher education, not limited to science and technology.
The University seeks to expand its Board of Directors and management with eminent, experienced educators, senior business executives, and established community leaders
The University shall offer Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral or Ph.D. degrees in all the areas described below, and also will have advanced research centers.
The First Courses Will Be In The Pearl Lynch Teachers College because of the urgent, desperate need to prepare the first of the 3,000,000 needs teachers of math, medicine, science and engineering. Many of these teachers will be trained to spread out through the other Teachers' Colleges and Normal School throughout the nation to teach other new teachers how to teach math, medicine, science and engineering, because, as is proven by the failed results, the other existing teacher colleges do not have any idea how or why to prepare teachers, not only to teach these subjects, but equally importantly, to teach and encourage American children to have a deep love for and respect for math, medicine, science and engineering.
We will conduct considerable, in fact, world-leading research into methods best suited for mass teaching of these areas, with emphasis on automated customization of presentation and immediate feedback-testing methods for math and science.
